This article is based on my observation, experience, and fresh revelation from God during a specific deliverance session with a male client we will call Gallagher Horsetrodder.
With his encouragement, I share his deliverance to expose the demons of hopelessness, dread, and death that sought to kill, steal, and destroy his destiny.
Gallagher Horsetrodder felt trapped, trying to escape childhood demons that still had his hands and feet tied with apathy, hopelessness, and dread. He spent his youth being a mother to his mother with no father present. His business was soaring, his marriage was failing, and apathy was shackling his hands and feet in fetters.
A spirit of dread would wait by his bed in the morning and entice him to speak, “I wish I could just pull the covers over my head and sleep today.” That invitation allowed a strongman of slumber to bring in overwhelming apathy, depression, and sleepiness to jail him to his bedroom.
A Spirit of Apathy Manifested
When I called out a spirit of apathy during his deliverance, it shocked us both. He jumped up from his bed, (this deliverance was online) and told me it felt like there were weights on his feet and chains on his hands.
He was shuffling nervously and crying, “I can’t move my feet or my hands!” He held his hands up to show me, they looked deformed.
This spirit of apathy was routed in a hopeless feeling of being trapped in an unhappy marriage. Months earlier, an argument with his wife ended up with him sitting on her for almost 2 hours. She was trapped and could not breathe.
The demons went wild when we cast them out. Spirits of apathy and death had his spiritually lynched like he was dangling from a noose.
His feet had no traction; his hands could not free him.
These were generational spirits that hung his forefathers. It looked different in his life, but they were still in operation.
A Captive Set Free
The look on his face after his deliverance said it all. God had slipped the noose off his neck. Death and the grave were defeated. The enemy was no longer stealing his breath, and his feet were firmly planted on the enemy’s throat.
We’ve seen this same spirit of death mocking us through the media. It wants us to think we are under its feet, but the enemy is a liar, and his greatest fear is the glory of God found in the unity of the remnant. As Gods elect, we have the authority to put these devils where they belong.
For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.
-2 Corinthians 10:4
Your generational history has everything to do with you, but it’s not about you.
Demons don’t even know your name. They target your kingdom purpose because they hate the spirit of God that dwells within you.
So, where does the enemy belong?
If he is not under your feet and you feel trapped with overwhelming hopelessness, dread, and spirits of death, then he’s in your pants, seated between your legs like a horse, taking you for a ride.

ReplyDeleteI don't think Christian perspective is the strangest thing on here if that's what your comments are insinuating.
ReplyDeleteSure isn't, this is real for a lot of people. we're simple creatures when you get to the bottom of it and all it takes is the right person at the right time (and a smidge of humility).
